At Framgang (PVT) LTD, customer well-being is our priority. If you experience an allergic reaction after using our products, and a licensed medical professional confirms that the reaction is due to our product, you will be eligible for a full refund.
To process the refund, please send us a formal written notice along with the medical confirmation. Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund.

Return Policy
If you wish to return your Framgang Kiss Nature Moisturizing Body Lotion, you may do so within 24 hours of receiving the product, provided that the seal is intact and the product remains unopened.
• Returns with damaged or broken seals will not be eligible for a refund.
• Upon a successful return, we will deduct LKR. 500.00 as a handling and processing fee, and refund the remaining balance to your original payment method.
